Gabbing On:
Can you now see how much energy can be wasted when seeking that which is not lost or 'hidden'?
How do you find the 'unlost'?
By finding the natural state of breathing, acting and thinking that allows you to fully see and feel all that transpires around you.
In this state you will see things that are right before you.
In this state time will slow down and be seen and felt.
In this state, life will not fly by but will expand and display its nuance and complexity to you, in your every act of participation.
Seek not, as all is already yours. Allow 'all' to manifest itself in your existence.

I love and understand what you are saying, but the seeking is part of the journey. It's not wasted energy if it brings you to that place where you can "see" that which has always been before you.
Seek and ye shall find!
You can't allow, until you realize that you are standing in your own way.

Hi slp, in terms of energy usage, you are correct, the amount of energy it takes to move anyone to a place of understanding cannot be seen as 'wasted energy'. It is about the journey and whatever it takes to bring you to a place where you can "see".
In regards to energy that is used with insight and awareness, this type of energy is generally seen in a positive light. Whereas energy used in resistance to anything can be seen as being unnecessary or "wasted".
Regarding allowing: "allowing" is not a conscious act. It is actually a process arising from faith built upon not knowing or the unknown. To not allow is to resist and that which is resisted will persist. This resistance I term "wasted" energy only because the amount of energy used could have been minimized.
